IAR – The French Bioeconomy Cluster

FRANCE

IAR is the French cluster dedicated to the Bioeconomy. It brings together more than 450 stakeholders from farmer cooperatives, research organisations and universities to VCs, start-ups, SMEs and large industries, including end-users, around a common goal: the optimal valorisation of renewable resources for food, feed, energy and industrial applications. IAR’s activities focus on supporting the development of the bio-economy in France and more specifically in the regions of Hauts-de-France and Grand Est. IAR focuses on all dimensions of the bioeconomy: from feedstock production to its valorisation into food, feed, bio-based chemicals and bio-based materials as well as energy applications.

Role in the project:

IAR will work with PNO consultants on dissemination, communication and exploitation so that the project is promoted to a wide audience. IAR will also contribute to market analysis, business model development and the business plan for the novel biorefinery concept.
